This was "Home Sweet Home," for 7 days!
We went with a few friends to Roosevelt to camp. Jason and Amanda Larson brought their two kids Reagan who is 4 and Travis who is 5 months! We didn't really know what to expect when we were going, but there was showers, play grounds, paved roads, and great weather! It was only 75 degrees there! And only 1 day where there was some wind. We have an awning but had to put it down because of the wind! This was our first trip in the trailer we bought in November! And it was GREAT!
The kids never got bored, we brought them a lot of toys and everyone had their bikes!
We ventured down to the dam and the bridge! Covin LOVES bridges and tunnels, this kid was very happy!
Of course he wanted his own picture!
They had fun climbing trees!
These two have been friends for a long time, they had a lot of fun together!Covin and Reagan Larson
We decided to go to the National Monument Indian Ruins. It was quite the hike. I don't think any of us knew what we were in for! We put Conner in his umbrella stroller and Amanda strapped the baby in the snuggly! Holy cow it was paved, but had a definite incline! And we went at 12:30. We had to keep switching pushing Conner up the hill. This is a view from the top!And where we learned it was only a half a mile hike! That was depressing we are very out of shape! :)

My cute Boys!Late that day we decided to travel to visit my family in Springerville. My dad hooked us up with water and electricity in their driveway! We went to Show low and took the kids to watch a movie and had a lot of fun. We got to go get Bella from school, Covin really liked that. Then Saturday before we left for home Shaffen and Richie wanted to try Covin out on his little dirt bike! Covin was very nervous. But it wouldn't start, so Richie and the help of my dad worked on this thing for 45 minutes to an hour trying to start it. Richie and my dad surprise me every time at how smart they are! They got it running and convinced Covin to ride it! It was hilarious, I was amazed!
Trying to show him were the gas and breaks are!He did so good, until he went a little fast and Shaffen yelled at him to slow down and he crashed! It wasn't too bad he skinned his knee a little but didn't want to get back on. Conner was devastated for Covin. He started crying saying "Ovin ky, Ovin ky!" (Covin Cry).
We didn't want Covin to never want to ride it again so be bribed him with
a soda and some money!

It was fun to see you guys and I thought Covin was awesome on the dirtbike! I think he needs one now. Those boys are so fun!
Looks like you had fun! I can't believe Covin rode the dirtbike. Pretty cool! You'll have to take his training wheels off of his now.
Looks like you guys had fun...did Schaffen catch any fish?
That looks like so much fun! I love camping at Roosevelt. Good investment on the trailer!
That's awesome! I'm glad you had him get back on so he wouldn't be scared of them for the rest of his life! What a little stud!
