Today was Covin's first day at kindergarten! He did so good this morning he didn't even cry getting up so early! Although he did cry when I insisted on combing and hair spraying his hair. The water works began!!! He just wants to comb is straight down! But I think he looks so handsome today! I can't believe how big he is!
We were walking out of the door headed to school. It was packed with everything that was requested for his class. He had a hard time walking!

We went and picked him up today and he saw Shaffen and pretty much ran to him!
He says he had fun and he liked it. I was sold and knew it was ok when I asked so do you want to go back tomorrow????!!!! And he said, "YES!" He was excited to see us but was sad because he didn't get to ride the bus. Tomorrow will be the big bus day! Yikes!!!

Hopefully he doesn't have a first good couple of days and then cry the rest of them like Calvin did last year for Kindergarten. :o) Calvin even got watery eyes this week starting 1st grade...he was so excited until he actually sat at his desk then his eyes filled up but he still kept trying to smile. Tuesday was great but this morning he said he didn't want to go to school...he changed his mind. ha ha
Does Covin have all day kinder or 1/2 day? He looks adorable! Little cutie pie! Calvin also did the same thing with his hair until a few months ago so for like a year he didn't want it spiked up...but they look so darn cute with it up. :o) Love the post!!!

He looks so cute and grown up. It is so sad when they don't NEED us anymore. Good luck with the bus, hopefully the eagle bus routes are better than the bulldogs.

Misty, Covin look so cute for his first day of school. I'm glad he had a good first day. My son won't start school for 2 more years (he misses the cut off day by 5 days). It makes me nervous to think of him going to school. I'm glad that Covin seemed to enjoy it.
